fall apart. You want them to experience some success, and not just failure. That's not saying don't play them at all, but when you see them slow mentally and frustration hurting their game they have to be on the bench for a time and not be pressed back out there without a chance to process what's going on in their own personal game, where they can improve and be successful contributing to the team effort.
