A speech at McDill AF Base in florida.
Obama gave a stump style campaign speech. He had the audacity to talk about
OUR VALUES.
He had the temerity to talk about the constitution.
He said we are a nation of laws.
He had the lack of conscience to tell us how he appreciates our military, our police, our intelligence agencies and our way of life.
I would like to know the definition (always definitions with these people) of
"OUR."
He wanted to fundamentally transform (and he did) a nation that most of us did not want fundamentally transformed. Whose values was he talking about?
The gushing began on CNN with commentary whose first comments were something to the extent that ... this is so much better than the next president would have done. He did not call trump by name. Said he and obama have some profound differences on these things.
If you didn't know better, if you just got here from the jungles of indonesia, or you are the raskol, you would have thought this was fabulous. Obama even sounded like he meant most of it.
He alluded to closing guantanimo.
He talked about refugees.
He talked about not allowing torture, even water boarding. He said that not one general told him that they could have gotten more intel if they had used water boarding. Imagine. Not one.
He talked about our values. He must have been talking to keith elision and fat hillary clinton.
