He claims Carson is unqualified to lead HUD but thinks Obama was somehow qualified to be POTUS b/c he was a law teacher and a one-term senator responsible for nothing.

You have to be a raging partisan with cognitive dissonance to be forced to ridicule Ben Carson here.
