In Solid Red states, likely Dems and Republicans didn't vote because there was no 'need' for their vote. Likewise in Solid Blue states....

How many stayed home and didn't vote due to the Electoral College system would be a very interesting study..... I voted for everything but the Presidential ballot this cycle because both candidates were repugnant to me and I knew my vote in CA was irrelevant.
