proposals and creates legislation that the Dems vote against to fulfil Party philosophy, despite their constituents' support... they will be punished at the polls in 2018.

The same can be said for the GOP. If they try to pass Trump inspired legislation that is contrary to their constituent's support, they too will be punished at the polls in 2018.
