Everyone lefty shouts , demands diversity.
The problem is that what they want, is people of many cultures, colors, religions, sexual preferences, who all vote 100% progressive lefty.
Diversity doesn't include diversity of thought, aka conservatives, libertarian, independents, moderate democrats.
Diversity is simply a slogan created to demand more left wing progressives get put into teaching positions, political positions, etc.
Myself? I like a mix of both color, political thought, and refuse to believe that we should pick based on color, sexual preferences.
I'm a big fan of MLK. Judge people by the content of the character, acomplishments. Not if they are good progressive minions.
