No, they are explicitly anti-white. They've made a bet on changing demographics, and are actively pushing the demographics in their favor through mass immigration from the third world, both legal and especially illegal.
The problem is I don't think Hispanics and especially Asians are all caught up in the social justice wars - they largely are concerned about economic issues and safety and are anti-crime. That's a huge problem going forward for Democrats, because you are also the party of crime now.
Trump is pretty controversial but he still did better with minorities than Romney did. The next GOP candidate who runs as the workers' candidate will no doubt be more attractive to minorities than Trump, and he's almost certain to be president for the next 8 years.
