Look at this article from CNBC. It says "Trump's call to.."

Is that accurate?
Throughout the article it carefully words that there was a call, that the leaders talked, that there was communication.
It also says that trump has been accepting communications from world leaders.
Never does it say, other than in the headline, that trump placed the call.
But, NBC and the liberal media are willing to be gracious. And while it is not the way you want to start out, it can be forgiven as a rookie mistake.
He will have to do better, of course.
I love it when, in an article that lies about the call, NBC gives advice how to avoid missteps with china.
Most people probably only read the headline and scan the article. Trump defied protocol and tradition and angered the communists in china by MAKING a phone call and thereby jeopardizing our relationship with china and ostensibly, all of asia.
That is what you are supposed to believe.
