control of the checkbook again. We need to bring troops home/reduce forces and cut the **** out of the defense budget - that's the only agency that does not have auditable accounting records, and they're still spending at the same level as when we were engaged in the iraq & afghanistan invasions. DOD contractors are the swamp that needs to be drained.
