do not embrace much or all of white culture, that attitude has been largely brought about by WHITE policy.

Remember, pre-welfare, how many more black families were intact, fewer unwed births, etc.? How even today there are still white cops who shoot blacks when (now) cameras show they should not have under the circumstances. That generates negative, yet reasonable, attitudes. I will for now rest my case.
