congress so there is no need to take it to them to quash it.

If Obama had wanted a lasting legacy then he really should have used the legislative process more and executive fiats less.

Remember anything that can be created by the stroke of a pen can be destroyed the same way.

If he wanted a lasting deal with Iran he should have included the legislative branch in the process. If he wanted lasting immigration reform he should have worked to get it done with bills through congress and not executive orders.

Granted he did ram Obamacare through a dem controlled partisan legislature but he completely shut the GOP out of the process so no one should be surprised if the GOP does the same when the repeal or at the very least completely castrate that abortion of a bill.
