provide a glimpse into the dynamic of trying to discuss things with you & pickle.
I post a question about how a real life situation would be handled in an anarchist society, pointing out what appear to be glaring absurdities in the application of principles pickle has espoused on here to such a situation.
He ignores it, having failed in the past to provide a reasonable explanation of how his paradigm could work. You, though claiming to not be an anarchist, jump in to defend his position, saying that what I pointed out would be absurd.
Of course it is absurd using any reasonable societal standards, but that is the point. I was highlighting why the anarchist system would have major problems in its application in such situations. Your defense was based upon a non-anarchist mindset.
When that is pointed out to you, like pickle you assert that the answer to my questions is obvious, or has already been answered many times. I asked you to provide links, and you posted multiple links to posts you had made, but they were responses to other people on other, though perhaps related topics and were just links to mises.org articles on private law societies. One of the links was just a search of Tigerboard Politics board for your username and mises.org.
So it is a virtual non-answer. It is the pickletopian response of "You just don't know anything, go read some books and articles until you are educated."
It would seem that like pickle, you yourself haven't grasped the material well enough that you can engage in a rational discussion on the topic and answer simple questions on it in your own words.
With respect to this thread would you dispute the assertion I made in the post that got your dander up? To wit, do you think pickle would believe that a man being naked in the mall did not violate any rights of that woman or her daughter? Do you think pickle does not believe that government workers (in this case police) are sociopaths? Do you think he does not believe that police would be aggressing against a naked man if they confronted him in that mall? Please explain.
