Manners. You know, the thing that parents were supposed to teach them. Like please, thank you, allow me, etc. Instead, self absorption and narcissism have replaced basic decency. I do not understand why people feel an overwhelming need to intentionally be rude and offensive when simple common sense and decency should rule.
But no, in their narcissism, they point to a piece of paper and declare their rights. Manners and politeness be damned.
