I still don't see Obamacare and whatever happened in Indiana as being in the same universe in terms of level of impact/intervention and certainly not outcome or goals.
it doesn't make it not an overreach, but philosophy aside, they are hardly similar in any manner.
It's a clear "gotcha" philosophically and then, nothing much more to compare.
