We've been net losing jobs for decades, at tremendous cost and expense to America and its citizens. No need to rehash that whole history.

So yes, I'm not too concerned at this point about the incremental cost of saving jobs for Americans.

I'm more concerned about the global direction of jobs, and keeping them here and hopefully getting them back is the direction I want to go.
