which we clearly are not - to save their oil to the extent they can.
We also should be saving our production for further down the road and certainly for when oil actually does get expensive. Its cheap now. We should be using all the arab oil we can now. But we aren't that smart. Long range planning for us is typically the next weekend, and at most the next election. We are our own worst enemy in many ways.
