complicating simple driving. What about using the interstate - as I often do - for just a few miles. How many toll booths or whatever do you build along ALL freeways to make sure everyone pays "there fair share"? How many times on a long trip, does one have to throw change or whatever into a toll booth. What I see is a huge pain in the ass for no good purpose.
