Odom will be a "success", but I know one guaranteed way to fail as a program, and that is to hire a new coach every 2-3 years. Coach Odom has the right qualities. He is smart, works harder than hell, and has been exposed to successful head coaches in he past. He made mistakes this year, so did Nick Saban. FIVE YEARS and nothing less is what the program deserves.
