Is Geist better than Phillips?

Neither one has been great on offense so far this year but I do wonder if Geist does more on defense.

Phillips has been a bit of a disappointment so far IMO. I really like his personality and think he has helped the team tremendously, but his offensive game is very limited and his size causes issues on defense.

Jordan Geist isn't setting the world on fire, but he is taller and seems to be creating more havoc than TP right now.
