The problem Haith had was that he had to keep getting the same quality of transfers to keep winning. He didn't and left a year before getting fired. If the core of this roster stays intact then year 4 could be a pretty good team, and year 5 be even better.

Both players and coaches have to continue to get better this year, or a different coach will be the guy to coach them to that level.
