republicans do it, it's unseemly, unfair and unconstitutional. Done for selfish republican interests.
If socialists do it, it's hardball politics, done for the good of the American people.
Rs are weak. They may not go nuclear on all votes. They may want to restore the comity and congenial nature of the world's greatest deliberative body.
And comity will be restored, until chuck schumer is majority leader.
