electoral college "votes" (electors), because if he had won by a smaller margin (like George W did) then this would be a much bigger topic, especially with republicans controlling the House. There are already 3 electors who vow to vote for another republican instead of Trump, which would have been enough to dip below 270 when Bush won the election (of course, he was less controversial and didn't have any "faithless" electors).
