That's my take on it from a reading of the KC Star article anyway. It looked so obvious I figured everybody else would arrive at the same conclusion and at that, do so, rather quickly.
That out of the way, we obviously have to await the findings to the investigation. But at this point she sounds VERY MUCH like a basket case at the end of her tether. And that is all this amounts to.
