These types of accusations are so serious and so damning that I tend to be very cautious about promoting stories and names until there is something concrete. I believe it irresponsible to be quick to name names without having sufficient cause. Yes, this could make covering it up easier, but I believe in this type of thing one should ethically err on the side of caution. This mere accusation can ruin lives.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
