rather than going through congress. While it make it easier to ram things through, it allows this to happen as well as the incoming president simply wiping out that which he has done.

This is a very good decision. One reason the Dow is booming since the election is that this type of regulatory overreach which greatly burdens businesses should now be a thing of the past.
