She could carry multiple part time appointments simultaneously - as long as she doesn't go over a .75 FTE (30 hours/week).
Tutoring is, at most, a .25 FTE appointment, the adjunct would probably be a .1 for one class, .2 for two classes.
Her teaching at the other schools also looks like a bunch of adjunct teaching jobs - a class at CMU, a class at Stephens, a class at CC.
When you're not talented enough to pick up a tenure track position that's the life of a wanna-be academic
