She was termed from her tutor role in July - right after the new Total Person Program (TPP) director came on IIRC. TPP oversees the tutoring & academic support
She had to do a background check when she was initially hired. Her offenses would have been matched against the job duties. In her case she wouldn't have been eligible to work in a fiscal role but she could tutor.
Campus HR cannot tell the hiring department what her offenses were, however, in my experience they will give the hiring dept a heads up that they really need to look closely at the potential candidate's background and question whether they really want to proceed with the hire.
