Nebuchadnezzar II didn't even begin his reign until 605.
2) Cyrus defeated the Babylonians in 539. Jews were freed then and second temple construction began in 537. This shows the 536 date used is also wrong. Captivity ended 3 years earlier.
3) The second temple was completed in 516 disproving 517.
The problem is these people slighty tweak the dates to fit their agenda and tie it to 20th century events.
Jehovah's Witnesses do it to end up at 1914 as they claim Jerusalem fell in 607. Their math ends at 1914. They use the first World War then as their start of the end times.
