To get Kevin Puryear open that game Mizzou used a play in the motion offense where a shooter goes underneath a screen set by the post player below the high post or near the block, the goal is to get the post player the ball in a 1 on 1 situation using the shooter coming off the screen as a distraction. The exact name of the play varies from coach to coach. I'd have to go back and watch the game again but I believe that is what we used to get Puryear the ball in the situation he was in. We primarily just isolated him and put our players on the opposite side though.
