that we are also not very good to take advantage of them. Its really rather difficult to get the results we have given how easy it should be to field a competitive program.

Certainly gives hope that the rebuild may not be nearly as prolonged as it appears on the surface if we can just get the ball rolling on it. We don't have to be all that good to start getting at least some favorable results.
