Diversity is all about self-labeling and self-segregating to show how inclusive you are.
I know, I know, it makes no sense. If you want to think like a liberal it is very important to first turn off all of the cognitive centers in your brain. Liberalism is about feelings and emotions, not rational thought.
Liberals will gladly tell you how much more evolved they are than conservatives. I find it interesting that to evolve to this next level we must give up the one thing that separates us from the rest of the animal kingdom, rational thought.
