t. But, I would feel pretty good about the next 2-3 years if this team could get to .500. The bar would continue to raise; if we were to go .500 again next year, or just win 1 or 2 more games, I'd say fire Kim. Oh and if any important players transfer, or multiple guys leave I'd say fire Kim regardless of record.

I am not very optimistic about this team getting to .500 and fully expect I will be calling for KA to be fired at the end of the season (I'm already calling for him to be fired, but if we can get to .500 I might change that)
