Trump hasn't been proven to have set up a private server on which he passed govt top secret information after being directly instructed to not do so 4. there isn't anything indicating trump has divulged any top secret information on any phone calls 5. "he" hasn't "done" anything not governed directly by the current NSA - he's taking "welcome aboard" calls from allies.
