will force Trump to honor an agreement that circumvented those same forces to begin with.
It really is hard to expect foreigners to understand how limited a president's international treaty powers are when the man in office does not understand them.
This was not a treaty that was ratified by the legislative branch. It was simply and agreement made by the Obama administration. Since it was entered unilaterally by the Obama administration it can be exited the same way.
Someone needs to explain to frenchy that this is not the EU, we do not allow American policy to be set by progressive bureaucrats in Brussels. Without the seal of the US legislative branch it has no power here.
