more aggressive at enforcing ordinances to keep up property values and "preserve" their neighborhoods:

...but that would be racist yo and under the Obama and any democrat administration invite a DOJ inquisition. Dem Stenger, from South County, is treading lightly on this one. He wants to be reelected when the time comes.
