WTF is CIASIS? And what did Bush have to do with it? If Obama would have maintained a U.S. presence in Iraq, ISIS/ISIL or whatever you want to call them would never exist. Hell, if Obama would have bombed their a$$es when they were crossing the Syrian desert, they probably never made it to Iraq.
