If you're relying on someone to be your "glue" and play 35 minutes, you probably don't run as much stuff for him.

Van Leer had a couple of great plays at the beginning of the 2nd half against Davidson, hitting a jumper from the elbow and a three after receiving the ball off screens (which, btw, I'm certain GA Tiger didn't see).

But they rarely run those plays for Van Leer, he's more a facilitator than an an offensive threat most of the time. Maybe he'll get more shots by playing less...
