might want to visit a safe enclave within Mexico as a one-time gag called a 'vacation', the overall situation there is horrible.
They are third world country and contain the conditions to fully justify that description.
Are we talking about actual situations that need to be governed in respect to or are we trying to pretend that the existence of Puerto Vallarta makes it all okay, it's all okay over there?
No. There is a reason the wall is an important part of immigration law enforcement and that is primarily because of horrible, horrible conditions in material swaths of Mexico from which people are trying to escape...
