I was a huge opponent of the democrats pushing the nuclear option on presidential nominees short of the USSC back in 2013. I loved the former totally 60 vote aspect of the Senate -- ANY check on the power of all these slimeballs in DC (both parties) is a good thing as far as I'm concerned. But democrats pushed that nuclear option, and now they have to live with any and all Trump nominees being confirmed on 51 votes. No longer nary a filibuster involved.

I chalk this up to "Ends Justify the Means" mentality totally coming back to roost on the leftists. Wish they hadn't pushed that nuclear option, but also won't lose too much sleep, because as mealy, mush mouthed Nelson Rockefeller-like Mitt Romney once said (ya know, the guy the democrats said in 2012 was the Antichrist much like Trump this year -- great observation, Maher) -- Sauce for the Goose is Sauce for the Gander. As always, F the right-winger gop-ers, but F YOU TOO leftist 20 percenters, you kooky loony absolute pieces of Sh*t!
