This was posted on Reddit recently and is making the rounds. It then was posted by Wikileaks today claiming it is an attempt to claim false information and prevent people from sharing info with Wikileaks.
It should be noted that Assange has still not been seen since 10/4/16 and despite numerous requests for some proof of life such as a video or allowing him to appear in the window of the Ecuadorian embassy, this has not occurred.
