Quinn and MA had pretty extensive experience as assistants at a HM school, they also were part of national championship coaching staffs.

Pretty much all the coaches I have listed as possibilities have experience as assistants for high major programs.
McCall-Florida
Montgomery-Michigan State
Rice-several schools Vandy most recent
