Like it or not, this is our country too and we're not going anywhere. We've earned our place at the table and the right to express our opinion:
- My father hit Omaha Beach, was wounded, captured and liberated by the Russians in Czechoslovakia when the war ended.
- My brother was a navigator on AC-119 gunships during the Vietnam War. It's a slow prop-driven aircraft... he survived numerous close calls.
- I'm a 24-year retired AF veteran who spent a year in Afghanistan as a combat air advisor. I could have retired without ever going to Iraq or Afghanistan, but volunteered to go in my 20th year of service.
We're a liberal Hispanic family who want only our fair share of the American Dream. Nothing more, nothing less. If you think we're going to let you shout us down while you yell about YOUR vision of America, think again pal...
