I think as this team continues to fail it might make him retiring and sacrificing that money a possibility. He sold this team hard as his team and there is no discernible difference from the past two seasons. Just an unsound team lacking talent. It is obvious to everyone that things have not worked out and I think he is likely ready to move along and let someone else try to build.
