All I know is how real programs build real teams. They get really good coaches who land recruits who are highly coveted.
While that certainly doesn't guarantee success, it's definitely better than relying on an unproven coach who doesn't land highly coveted recruits.
I think we could have an entertaining team, in some games, and I like the attitude of guys like Phillips.
