Had a girl who barely blew a .05 (back when it you were DUI at .10) and she was fvcked up driving.
If you let someone go who you "think" is OK, but they are a well-practiced drinker, and they go on down the road and kill someone, you're screwed.
Best I ever saw was a fully functioning alcoholic who was brought in on a DUI and did pretty decent on a sobriety test. We all put a $1 in the pot to guess his BAC. I waited until all the numbers were picked and went high and one the pot. Damn near a .35 and still functioning.
