regulation. Settle for an outside shot instead of driving to create something better.

The problem is refs in the past have refused to blow their whistle on a game ending play regardless of what happened. Phil Pressey/Thomas Robinson anyone?? Coaches finally just gave up on getting any call and decided they'd have better luck just taking an outside shot. It would be interesting to see stats on how many times a last second play was a drive versus just a stand around long heave.
