Whether real or just perceived, this "hot seat" talk is the big elephant in the room that has got to be killing recruiting. You remove that uncertainty, and our roster would be extremely attractive to a top big man. Good point guard with another good one on the way. Great help in the paint with Puryear, Jackson, Nikko. Hughes and Barnett scoring from the perimeter... Not being a homer here. Missouri really would be an attractive fit for a dominant big man right now.
If the team continues to show obvious signs of big improvement, Sterk should act decisively and extend the coaching staff. Give them all the help they can to pair up a difference maker in the paint with Roberts next year.
