group to bring an expansion team to the group's planned stadium in downtown STL (next to Union Station). FC STL will be paying the entire MLS expansion fee, most of the stadium cost & also be buying the St. Louis FC team (USL) & youth soccer league
St. Louis Scott Gallagher. It will create a STL soccer talent developmental pipeline.

Great news for USA's Soccer Capital!
