He wants to ignore the fact that two officers involved in the shooting are dealing with an unruly crowd and are obviously fearing for their safety against the mob until backup units arrive. Rask would rather criticize what he doesn't know and make his assumptions from the social media sources saying the officers used "machine guns" to shoot the poor man. All he did, after all, was shoot a security guard who had the audacity to ask to see his ticket.
It was a miracle the officers just happened to arrive on another train and were able to quickly digest what happened so they could respond to the fleeing suspect.
