I'm referring to moving the function offshore, outsourcing it to India or another location.
It isn't clear from the piece that Disney replaced the workers with onshore immigrant Indian workers on H1B - that usually isn't a $$ saver. They more than likely outsourced the IT function and moved it Offshore, saving a lot of money and NOT being an immigration issue.
